Who We Are

Animal Victory, Inc. (www.AnimalVictory.org) and Animal Victory Disaster & Abuse Fund, Inc. (www.AnimalVictoryFund.org) are affiliated organizations united by one purpose: to protect and defend animals through advocacy, action, and compassion. While closely aligned in mission, the organizations are legally distinct, and each plays a vital role in sustaining the other.

Animal Victory (AnimalVictory.org) is a for-profit social advocacy company dedicated to publishing petitions, raising public awareness, and advocating for justice in animal cruelty cases. It provides critical operational funding for campaign management, staff, marketing, and digital infrastructure. Animal Victory covers most shared overhead costs, allowing both organizations to operate efficiently and effectively.

Animal Victory Disaster & Abuse Fund (AnimalVictoryFund.org) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on direct aid for animals in crisis. Its programs, including Helping Animals in Crises and Disasters and Begging for Help, provide essential funding to rescues, shelters, and individuals working on the front lines. The nonprofit’s work is supported in part by the infrastructure and operational resources provided by Animal Victory.

Together, these two entities form a transparent and sustainable ecosystem where advocacy fuels action and donations reach animals in urgent need. Both organizations are accountable, mission-driven, and committed to creating a world where animals are protected, respected, and never forgotten.

Animal Victory Outlook

As Animal Victory moves into the coming year, our mission remains clear: to bring justice, compassion, and tangible help to animals suffering from abuse, neglect, and disasters. Each year, our impact deepens—from the courtroom to the front lines—as we unite compassionate people around the world through petitions, funding, and outreach.

Our strategic priorities include expanding advocacy and legal victories, growing donor engagement through small recurring gifts, strengthening digital infrastructure for petitions and communications, and deepening partnerships that allow us to respond more quickly during emergencies and maximize every dollar’s impact.

Sustainability Assessment & Roadmap

Animal Victory’s heart and vision are strong, but long-term sustainability requires clarity, diversification, and transparency. This roadmap is designed to ensure that both Animal Victory and Animal Victory Disaster & Abuse Fund continue to grow together while protecting their shared mission.

Key goals include clarifying organizational structure, diversifying funding sources, improving transparency through annual reporting, strengthening partnerships, and investing in donor retention tools. These steps will help build financial resilience and long-term impact for animals everywhere.

Closing Message

Animal Victory was built on love, determination, and a refusal to remain silent when animals suffer. Every victory—every law strengthened, every rescue made possible—belongs to the compassionate community that stands beside us. Together, we will continue to be the voice that never gives up. Because when we unite for animals, we win.
