Bloomington, Minnesota – An innocent life was cruelly snuffed out when someone placed a cat under the front tire of a vehicle and ran it over.
Stunningly, video footage shows the driver circling around and running over the cat AGAIN.
On June 12, the Bloomington Police Department issued a release about the May 9th incident, hoping that the public can help find whoever is responsible for killing the cat.
“The vehicle appears to be a newer model black Kia Soul. Last month, the driver of this vehicle placed a cat under the front passenger tire, then drove over the cat, killing it. The vehicle is then seen circling back and driving over the cat a second time. This occurred near the intersection of 105th St & Florida Ave.”
The police do not know if this is a man or a woman, but they do know that whoever it is MUST be found. Animal Victory will be collecting funds to help create a reward fund. This is an absolutely sickening act of cruelty that cannot go unpunished.
