Layton, Utah – Mocha, an Australian shepherd mix, was brutally tortured and killed in January 2019. The man accused of killing her, 20-year-old Cailean Torquil Macdona MacLeod, of Layton, Utah, allegedly stated that he enjoyed killing his dog, and admitted that he fantasized about killing people.
Please join us in asking officials in Layton to push for the strongest possible sentence for the man who took Mocha’s life.
