Jacksonville, FL – A Florida woman is facing charges for creating and distributing animal crush videos depicting monkeys being brutally tortured and killed. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 35-year-old Nicole Danielle Devilbiss was an administrator of a group that shared videos of monkeys being tortured and killed for money.
For those unfamiliar with crush videos, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida provides a description:
Animal crushing is defined under federal criminal law as “actual conduct in which one or more living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians, is purposely crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or otherwise subjected to serious bodily injury.”
When investigators presented Devilbiss with screenshots from the “Mister Ape” group chat, she admitted to sharing dozens of animal crush videos and sending money for the creation of future videos.
Crush videos are sadistic, vile, and often linked to people with depraved sexual fetishes. Those who are involved in the creation of these videos are perverted and sick, taking obscene pleasure in inflicting pain and suffering on innocent animals. If you are appalled by Devilbiss’ involvement in this deranged, criminal activity, and want to put an end to this, please add your name to the petition today!
Nicole Devilbiss’ Jury Trial is set for 4/15/2024 at 09:00 AM in Jacksonville Courtroom 12 A before Judge Wendy W. Berger. She is facing two felony charges for CONSPIRACY TO CREATE AND DISTRIBUTE ANIMAL CRUSH VIDEOS and could face up to five years in prison.
We the undersigned demand that Nicole Danielle Devilbiss receive the maximum sentence for all charges associated with creating and distributing animal crush videos. This petition acts as our collective endorsement for Devilbiss to be punished to the fullest extent of the law for her part in these depraved videos.
Individuals are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. Animal Victory relies upon the authorities and the court system to determine guilt or innocence.
