Rest in peace Reba. When I first read about this cruelty I was in tears. I am again. These two vicious subhumans need to be jailed and heavily fined. They stole this poor dog and committed a horrible torturous devastating crime on poor Reba who had a heat stroke. Please make sure they serve a very long prison sentence with a fine. We, the undersigned, demand justice for Reba, whose life was cruelly stolen by Isaac Laushaul Jr. and Markeisha Foster. Taping this innocent dog in a plastic tote and discarding her like unwanted trash is a sickening act of cruelty. Laushaul Jr. and Foster must face meaningful consequences for their actions. Individuals who commit such heinous acts against animals often pose a threat to society as a whole, as animal abuse is frequently a precursor to other violent crimes. Failing to hold these perpetrators accountable not only denies justice for Reba but also endangers the community at large. It is imperative that we send a clear message that such cruelty will not be tolerated.
