Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada) – A couple in Winnipeg is accused of causing untold suffering to numerous kittens, cats, and rabbits in order to create crush videos. For those unfamiliar with this type of sickening “entertainment,” crush videos involve the creation of graphic content meant to cater to sick people with a fetish for watching animals die slow, agonizing deaths.
According to the Winnipeg Police Service, Chad Kabecz, 40, and Irene Lima, 55, are responsible for the creation of crush videos that were posted to the dark web on their Goddess May Barefoot Premium Crush website.
As reported by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), the prosecutor claims the two made videos of animals, specifically cats and kittens, being crushed by Lima’s feet.
Attorney Sean Sass explains the depraved nature of the killings, “These are not quick kills. As the time stamps seem to indicate, some of these videos are five minutes long. They’re staged, premeditated torturing that result in the death of very vulnerable animals.”
A tipster was able to find the crush videos through Reddit and obtained screenshots of the disturbing footage. Sass said the website’s home page featured “an extremely graphic image that appears to be of a bare foot on top of some animal.” adding, “It’s unrecognizable.”
Kabecz claims Lima gets sexual pleasure from crushing the innocent animals. He allegedly wrote, “She crushes barefoot because that’s what she enjoys, as it brings her extreme satisfaction even to the point of orgasm without being touched. She’s one in a million.”
When police searched the couple’s home, they found evidence of animal cruelty, including 10 dead cats and a deceased rabbit.

Three of her family members also sat in the gallery throughout the hearing. Police have previously said that from May 20 to Oct. 7, 2024, more than 75 animals were filmed or photographed being tortured and killed, and that there was also a sexual component to the offence in some cases.”
