On November 4, the animal welfare agency notified social media followers of the neglected dog’s passing, writing: Miracle did his best to hold on as our team did everything they could, but he was too far gone by the time he got to us, and tragically, he didn’t make it. He passed surrounded by staff members who had already gotten attached during their time caring for him. Someone had failed Miracle a long time ago, and it is devastating. This sort of thing is happening more and more and its been just slipping under the rug because none of these crimes are ever truely punishable. If you acquire an animal it doesn't matter how it's acquired so, that trusted must take responsibility for that animal and that includes feeding watering exercise shelter comparable to what it's like to be responsible in caring for a child because the acquainted animal is solely dependent, acquiring the animal means, it continues to come back therefore one has no choice but to take responsibility to care for the animal and it should always be done respectfully. Don't have to like the animal but you still have to show respect for life and life of the animal is the responsibility of the acquired it is not any less than that of a small child. They really need to start recognizing that a lot of these people that treat animals this way are people with little to no sympathy let alone empathy or respect for the feelings or lives of even humans. Common Sense goes a long ways if the woman couldn't take care of the dog properly, and obviously there's a lot of people that would have helped her and so she can't use the excuse that she couldn't help the dog.
