Bronx, New York – A 26-year-old Bronx man, who has been referred to as a “wannabe rapper,” is accused of a horrific act of animal cruelty against an innocent cat who was tortured to death for YouTube views. Investigators say David Mosley, aka “Church of Ububal,” beat a cat to death and recorded the despicable act to promote his rap album.
On his Instagram account, which has since been deleted, Mosley bragged about killing the cat, and he threatened to do it again on Halloween. Someone took a screenshot of the social media threat Mosley wrote, “LIVE SACRIFICE 10-31 be there or be square.”

But David Mosley’s tough-guy persona and threats of even more despicable violence proved to be his undoing. People outraged by his sickening act blew up social media. They got the police involved, and in short order, he was arrested and facing charges of criminal mischief, aggravated cruelty to animals, and disposal of dead animals.
Incredibly, this monster is already OUT of jail.
If you are sickened by this ritualistic, satanic killing, please add your name to the petition. We want David Mosley BEHIND BARS for as long as legally possible!
WHY THIS PETITION MATTERS:
We, the undersigned, demand that David Mosley be held accountable for his sadistic, brutal killing of an innocent cat who died for his quest for social media clout. This man viciously attacked and killed a cat for his own self-promotion. The level of depravity is sickening, and Mosley must face actual consequences. It is our collective demand that Mosley face the maximum sentence for each and every charge associated with this sadistic act of cruelty. We also demand that this man be permanently banned from owning, residing with, or working with animals. Laws must recognize the actual seriousness of animal abuse and ensure that those who commit these brutal acts are held fully accountable. This case is not just about one cat; it is about the precedent we set for justice.
Research shows a clear link between animal cruelty and human violence. Those who harm animals often pose a danger to people as well. Failing to hold this man accountable not only denies justice to the cat who suffered a horrific death but also puts the entire community at risk.
Individuals are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. Animal Victory relies upon the authorities and the court system to determine guilt or innocence.
