These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the petition platform and services provided by One Red Lion Inc., doing business as Animal Victory (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose
This platform enables users to sign and share petitions created by Animal Victory, as well as make voluntary donations to support advocacy efforts and promote petitions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Petition Ownership
All petitions on this platform are created, owned, and managed by Animal Victory. Users may share but not modify or claim ownership of this content.
4. User Conduct

• Interfere with the platform’s functionality
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
5. Donations
Animal Victory is a for-profit advocacy organization and not a charitable organization. Donations made to Animal Victory’s petition campaigns are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under U.S. Internal Revenue Service rules.
Donations made to Animal Victory support advocacy, petition promotion, outreach, and general operating expenses associated with publishing and promoting petitions, including but not limited to:
Online petition platform and website hosting
Email newsletters and communication tools
Advertising and promotion to increase petition signatures
Advocacy and outreach materials
Administrative, staffing, and operational costs
Animal Victory retains sole discretion over the use and allocation of donated funds. When funds allow, Animal Victory may, but is not obligated to, allocate a portion of donations to reward funds, direct aid, or contributions to individuals, rescues, or organizations associated with specific petition efforts. Such allocations are made on a case-by-case basis, are not guaranteed, and are not implied by the publication of any petition.
Animal Victory Disaster and Abuse Fund (AVDAF) is a separate and independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to provide a tax-deductible giving option for supporters.
AVDAF may share certain marketing, administrative, or operational resources with Animal Victory. Any shared services or expenses are allocated on a reasonable and documented basis and are structured to comply with applicable nonprofit laws and regulations. Donations made to AVDAF support AVDAF’s charitable programs and do not fund for-profit revenue or profit-generating activities.
Donations made to AVDAF are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Donations made to Animal Victory (for-profit) are not tax-deductible.

6. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF ANIMAL VICTORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PLATFORM IS TO DISCONTINUE USE.
The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, email platforms, social media networks, and external websites. Animal Victory does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or security of third-party services.

The Company’s failure to enforce this indemnification provision in any instance does not constitute a waiver of its rights. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your access to or use of the Platform and services.

This page outlines the terms and conditions for Animal Victory’s reward program, which offers incentives for information leading to the arrest and conviction of an individual involved in animal cruelty. Please review the following carefully.
When submitting information to law enforcement regarding the case, the individual must specify that they are providing information pursuant to the reward offer.
To participate in the reward program or qualify for the advertised reward in specific cruelty cases, the individual must provide their full name, address, and a comprehensive statement of their knowledge about the case to the investigating law enforcement agency. There is no guarantee of complete anonymity.
The information provided must result in an arrest and conviction for the offense tied to the reward to be eligible. The information must be new and not previously reported by the news media or disclosed to law enforcement. Any individual who has already supplied information before the reward was announced is not eligible to claim a reward.
In cases where multiple individuals provide similar information, only the first person submitting the relevant information is eligible for the full reward. If multiple contributions are utilized, the total reward amount may be divided among the individuals at Animal Victory’s sole discretion, based on the significance and originality of each contribution.
No reward will be paid until the case concludes with a conviction in court. All appeals must be finalized with a verdict of conviction or acquittal. The eligible individual must claim the reward within three months of the case’s completion, or the reward will be forfeited.
Animal Victory is not responsible for the manner in which reward information is communicated by third parties across any media platform. The reward is subject to change or revocation at any time without notice. The offer expires six months from the date of announcement unless otherwise indicated.
In no event shall Animal Victory, its agents, or any associated parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the reward program, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
